A few points:

He didn't "randomly" pull out in front of you. He went in for a pitstop, finished the pitstop, and then wanted to continue driving.
You were going way too fast, and this is the risk you take when you exceed the speed limit so excessively.
When you saw him, you started flashing your lights and continued accelerating (unbelievably, no braking whatsoever). If you had actually started to brake instead of flashing your lights, you would have maybe been able to avoid the crash.

You can't just drive however you want then whine when you face the consequences.
