Description of Incident (Include Timestamps):

Got rammed a couple of times by the user, I report Blogi in the same report as they seemed to be friends.

25:14 - Not respecting sirens/chase.
25:38 - Blogi_tuned overtaking chase and ramming into Grizzle.
26:00 - Some more following chases.
26:23 - Trying to block a guy and hit him.
26:30 - Ramming into a cop.
26:58 - 27.20 - Ramming into me and obstructing the chase. Blogi also messed about in this time stamp.


I did try to question him about it afterwards (which multiple others also did) but never got a proper respons.
