I agree with you on this one. The server changed its dynamics with the new mod support, which brought a lot of possibilities - including jobs. I appreciated the new jobs update and, statistically, they brought some old and introduced new users.

About your COP experience, It's not hard to understand that we're experiencing a "lack of action" on the servers, as the only supported track for this update so far is Westhill.

That's pretty normal that suspects have more things to lose than cops, as in real life - I wouldn't recommend any economic change regarding this. Tbh, I really miss the old times that only good drivers with decent car control could bring a good chase.
