Change the visibility of the "MOVE FOR POLICE" and "STOP POLICE" for other players

So when an officers types "!move" or "!stop", the targetted player (the player in front of the cop) will have his name with either MOVE FOR POLICE or STOP POLICE in the chat, for the whole server to see. Correct?

As this feature doesn't really help other players on the server, I suggest that only the targetted player and the cop will see this message. I think that other players should be bothered with local police activities that don't concern them.

Unless this feature is implented as a form of public shaming, tho I very much doubt that.

Alternative: have the MOVE and STOP messages only show up locally, so other people around the targetted player will be able to see it too.
