Change the visibility of the "MOVE FOR POLICE" and "STOP POLICE" for other players

This can be solved by making the messages appear for all admins as well. Not only the cop and targetted player (and ppl around the targetted player)

If the messages would also appear for admins, would that also be registered by chat log? And if no, maybe just "<cop> started chasing <target>" would be enough, right? I mean, players are free to cooperate with the stop messages.

But I understand your point concerning the MOVE messages. But maybe the benefits of implenting my suggestion will outweigh the disadvantages. Some cops seems to spam the MOVE button...
