If you want it to display both in chat for chatlog purposes and recude the amount of "Move for police" messages in chat, an alternative could be to limit how many occurances of "Move for police" is visible for the public.

For example: If you limit it to 3 messages, then any use of !move after those 3 messages is only displayed for the COP and the targetted player. This way it will display who the "Move for police" was towards in the chatlogs and stop spamming the chat too much for the general public.

 


