This as an excuse for no would be kinda ridiculous in my opinion, as there would be no competitive advantage and there are already other stuff not available for everyone at every moment. VCU is good example of that as only members of TC can use it, it gives no competitive advantage but theres still chance for everyone to obtain the possibility for it by being in the team. Same goes for this suggestion, being in the affiliate TC team grants you something nice which does not give advantage
