Remove timed "getup"

Well "the majority" seems more like a faith guess, so, it's not precise, i agree it is a little frustrating having to wait so much to get up so someone can come and wreck you, but you while are driving a bike have the same rights as the other users, AKA the right not to have your gameplay disrupted by other players, I guess that's what bothers you and most bikers, the ignorance some drivers have towards the bikers.
There's the reports for those situations or you can talk to the person itself.
Furthermore I don't seem how a instant getup will be fair tho, even in the chases topic bikes, if you get the handle of them, are very unbiased specially in long maps, other cars as example now in Montana have no chance against a good biker, so an instant getup would be even more op, maybe a reduced time getup should be fair enough.
