If you submit a report concerning more than one user, it would be useful for you to give names instead of saying "he" so we know which one to spectate at any given timestamp.

Nothing too bad from S.KAPLAN IMO. On its own, this isn't worth anything.

S.KAPLAN demonstrated a severe lack of basic common sense here. He totally ignored the presence of traffic: passed two motorcyclists ridiculously closely for no reason and then endangered a motorcyclist when using force on you.

He typed an apology. I'm inclined to believe this was a genuine mistake and it did not cause much of a problem.

In all, this was fairly standard use of force. ~1:58:20 is the only timestamp worth any form of action. He will receive a warning for this.

Everything else is barely noteworthy.
