Everything in your report is agreed. However, having investigated the circumstances further, it appears this user was likely hacked when this happened. With that being said, it is accepted that this incident disrupted the gameplay for yourself and many other users on the server.
Therefore, this user has been warned that it is his responsibility to ensure that nobody else is able gain access to his account from this point onwards i.e. the 'your account, your responsibility' principle has been applied. We'll keep this under close review. Action has been taken as described
