Confirmed in-game that it was indeed dmrzn (dmrzn) you were reporting.
Given that this player does not have a great track record for such thing and the fact that he was spamming his horn before he even hit you proves that it was not a lack of attention, but a lack of sense. He will be placed on a 14 day ban for ramming. Action has been taken as described
