The reasons behind this are quite obvious:
We had to react to this absurd money farming that had replaced the normal gameplay with just running up and down one road. This problem has started to grow with bikes but was brought onto ludicrous levels with the GX Buggy. Apart from the negative impact it has brought to the gameplay, it also had a negative impact on the economy and caused a great imbalance to other jobs, like bussing or deliveries.

How come the whole economy was adjusted for one car? Why not just take the buggy out? Or maybe even maybe just adjust the payout for the buggy? What about car prices, are they going to be adjusted too with the new economy?
