Well, enough people had complained about a similar problem in the past, which is why we made the "Check you're in a SZ first" recommendation in the first place.

One of the times you complained about it today, I checked the replay to see what was up. Your car had initially skated half on top of one of the walls, which will most likely count as outside the zone. You were only for sure inside the zone for ~1 second (very approximately) before pitting, so that case could very well have been caused by lag.
