Why do I need a 580 if the 480 is just 15% less powerfull?

As I already had one 480, going for a 580 SLI would make it very expensive.
This way Ive only spended 250 on a new 480 .

hmm, yh, true :-P I'll probably get a 560 OC, hopefully it'll be enough for high graphics :-P
