I'm going to outline what actually happened, as you clearly are incapable of doing so.

I was chasing you down Lower Bayside when another player, Skyline, came drifting towards us on the wrong side of the road. While this is unquestionably wrong on his part, any rational individual would use the ample space available at the time to slow down, take evasive action and continue the chase as before. However, this was you and you're not rational. You chose to torpedo the player in question at full throttle, completely obliterating both cars in the process. The other player immediately apologized, but you failed to notice this and in your infinite wisdom, chose to revenge ram the player for what you perceived as his wrongdoing with an admin present. Under normal circumstances, I would take immediate action, but I did have doubts as to whether there was malicious intent behind your actions and wanted to check the replay after the fact. After the chase had concluded, I did exactly that. However, due to me just having lost you, I asked Carl and Bez, who both were present at the time, for their opinion on the matter and they concurred.

So no, you weren't banned because you lost me. You were banned for ramming and, as your URS clearly indicates, being a detriment to the community as a whole.

Lastly, I want to reiterate what BP said, as I feel it is warranted.

Your nationality means nothing to me. Of all the things you could base your perceived victimization on, being Greek is illogical, pointless and frankly very odd.

Your only administrative penalty incurred by me was a kick five months ago. I'm not entirely sure where the claim that I've banned you multiple times prior stems from, but it's likely from your persecution fetish.

I'll leave this open to see if you have any constructive input or if you're willing to admit fault, but I can't say I'm optimistic.
