New Job: Lawnmowing

So I know this job is probably already coming soon, just like the roadsweeping mod. I just want to open the discussion here so we can share our thought on features for this job. Now that Chuck's lawnmower is finally released, it's a joy to drive this mighty beast over the grass with speeds of a whopping 5 kmh. It would be somewhat nice if it wasn't just for Roleplay, but you could also get some income with mowing the lawn.

Im suggesting a few features:

Max Speed: During the job there should be a max speed of about 5 kmh to keep it realistic. Otherwise ppl would just go "rush b mode" and speed across the field. It should be a slowpaced, relaxing activity.

Cool down: After a certain grass field is completely mown, there should be a cool down for that particular field. Say for instance, 6 real life hours. Just like real life, grass doesn't need to get cut every 10 minutes.

Checkpoints: To ensure the player is making a somewhat realistic route, there should be checkpoints on either sides of the grassfield on which the player can aim. The checkpoint can have a small diameter/cloud of like 3 meters.
Maybe abit like this:


Optional 2 player co-op: Maybe the option to let 2 players do the mowing. So let's say a field/job has 20 checkpoints, player 1 does checkpoint 1 to 10, while player 2 does 11 to 20. Both players get half the money, because they both do half the work.
