Hi,

You are quite right.

The user is driving in a reckless way, which causes him to lose control into an object. This causes him to fly onto the other side of the Autobahn and into your immediate path. Your car immediately falls out of bounds, resulting in your arrest. I can see that there was genuinely nothing you could do about it.

The user is extremely slow to apologise (and this was after you had to talk to him), and does not offer any compensation whatsoever.

The user will be restricted for 60 minutes, and will receive an accompanying on-screen warning.

I think you dealt with it pretty well.
