Restricting !sethome at SO bus station

Hi,

I want to suggest to restrict the ability to use the !sethome command at the main bus station on SO. Everytime I drive a bus there are people who are either AFK or spawning in the area where the buses need to drive around the station. I've had to push people out of the way multiple times because otherwise the bus cannot fit in that corner. Example right here, Taran is AFK on his spawn point and I had to push him out of the way to get past:



I want to restrict that area so less people will spawn and afk there so buses don't need to constantly ask people to move or push them away.
