I feel the two most important points to make when it comes to map choice/track rotation is:

1. People will always go to Server One as it is always the most populated. Your favourite track will be boring if it is empty.

2. SO might be the majority of people's favourite track but it isn't everyone's favourite. It is important to give everyone equal access to their own personal favourite track.
