No I don't see my fault in the incident, a turning circle for a vehicle exists and if you observe users at that junction you can see them take it even wider so I don't buy your argument for a second. Reactions exist and one has brakes for a reason so there is equally an opportunity to brake not just plugh straight through. If we apply the rules of 'would you do this irl' then perhaps common sense should be applied to driving too , when someone over compensates a turn would you really just ignore it and turn a potential crash into a big incident? I would expect that on a demo fbm server not here but fine.

I'll accept the ban for chat as I said I acknowledge that but I don't wish to pursue this issue with you any further if empty statements like the one mentioned above are used. If others wish to add anything then grand otherwise I don't intend to make any further comments.
