Note: I couldn't report while on the server because I had a report ban on the server. I wanted to open a topic in the forum.

5.00: As seen in the recording, the actor is driving the wrong way on the highway. When I slowed down because of him, I caused accidents with other players. I warned him it's illegal to drive wrong on the highway. "go cry more" he replied. He responded by saying "there's no rule that you can't go wrong"

I am complaining about both this behavior and his ignorance and disobedience of rules.
