Description of Incident (Include Timestamps): 1:04:15: The player firstly cut me off, then when i wanted to overtake him while I was in chase he didnt let me do it, and then when I saw an opportunity to overtake him he kept blocking me making me crash and go OOB busting me.

Description of your conversation with this user(s) about their conduct, including their reaction to your messages: After the accident, I wrote while being angry "What in the f?". I didnt see any apology or anything to his actions. Later I asked him why did he do that, but I got no response.
