COQUETTE F69~001 overhaul By The Wizard DK.
install: copy the folder named COQUETTE F69~001 to LFS/Mods/Vehicle (back up your existing folder so you can revert to that in case you do not like this overhaul). Skins.dds folder have Default skins and a PNG Template folder for skin makers & if you like to see my skins in high resolution 4096x4096 copy the skins from the 4096x4096 folder which goes to LFS/Data/Skins. fire up LFS. Skins: The overhaul came to be as rear lights is not really visible with default textures. (was hard to see when car infront was braking, and indicator lights not working at all). to try and make some "useful" lights from the default textures, i made them ALOT brighter, almost too bright to make them even visible. it is far from perfect but they will show when the car is infront and braking now. known bug is in some lightnings from the game world it appears the lights is just on and not showing the brake lights so profound as in shadow areas. in other words can be hard still to see it braking in cases where sun is in the rear, or if you got lights turned on. then it shows as just being ON. Giving you a little different carpet(unique). this overhaul will also change engine sound to a non clipping a bit changed engine sound.(deeper). i also stuffed some skins i made for this in there. Ban one trans am. smokey & the bandit trans am. plus in blue/white. indycar 500 original pace car skin from 1978(this is still work in progress)made as close to original as im able to. this is not made for VR in mind. and i am not a pro at doing this. i just did because this particular car somehow needed brake lights to be visible! website link to original mod by NENE87 who made the car model for LFS. https://www.lfs.net/files/vehmods/709195 Download From Mediafire: Mediafire Download PS: If NENE87 see this post maybe consider to use something like this for rearlights. (just a suggestion) |
