TC Exclusive Jersey Barrier.

everything else is made by THE WIZARD DK (August 9 2024).
decided to make it in 8000x8000 resolution. Text written is from TC FXO Police skin.

Progress:
test 1. image shown here is miniature its in full 8000x8000 if you click it.
all signs are reworked with higher resolution. now for the armco.

test2: had to reduce bit depth because too large for site:

Version 2. more weathered old look. concrete used was not the best resolution
but it i think its alright.also 4 resolutions same as above.

EDIT: at the current time i did not test it ingame yet. if you find any issues let me know.
***Side Note*** this file is used for objects for all tracks. if you choose a higher resolution than default,
it should not affect FPS. although maybe on very old systems.

right forgot they get mirrored on one side. might fix that in a nearby future. but not today i think.
