I have watched the replay, and found the following:

34:54 - more unnecessary wrong side driving, causing a significant head-on collision.
44:23 - wasn't too bad, but not ideal.
45:30 - Andrius pulled out going the wrong way towards a cop who was going to enter that area where he was leaving. The cop was approaching far too fast and didn't see him until the last second. Not much he could do here - drive a slower car maybe?
47:05 - miscalculated and excessive hit by deagle.
47:50 - deagle ww hits a biker on HW1.
51:26 - have I missed something?
53:00 - this is fine.
55:47 - Andrius dive bombs the cop.
55:47 - fine.
55:59 - ping / body damage / car model played a part here. Not particularly excessive, the cop definitely did not intend to flip Andrius.
56:18 - pretty good move to be honest by Andrius!
59:25 - really wasn't that bad, cop wouldn't have known the barrier was there and was following the suspect. Everyone moved on.
1:00:45 - I'd suggest not putting yourself in such a vulnerable position in the future. Andrius shouldn't have pushed you into the barrier.

It's an interesting report in the fact that you reported cops in the chase (including yourself). Did this need to be done? Probably not.

It was, by the looks of things, a tough chase against a powerful car. The suspect brake checked a lot and you'd think it was a left sided driving map with the amount of wrong way driving he did. Yes there were a couple of miscalculations here and there, but in a chase of that length against that sort of suspect, it will happen. It was one of those situations where you could have a quick chat in cop chat about it after, and that's it.

Looking at Andrius' driving, it is clear that it has a negative impact on other user's experience on the server. Constant WW driving and some questionable contact with cops in the chase. He will receive a strong confirmable warning for causing crashes due to WW and excessive force in a chase.

I was considering warning Deagle. They apologised for the WW crash, the pit was a miscalculation on Andrius but other than that their copping was acceptable. I will not warn Deagle, but note this report on their URS.
