As for what I witnessed in the replay, he did crash into you, which almost looks intentional. However, the way in which his car reacted to the crash raises some suspicions. I've seen this type of collision before when a player has altered their mods folder or it is not up-to-date. The player typically does not know if they've hit anybody and this kind of matches up with communication after.

Regardless, this player will be placed on a short ban. I will also make mention of connection stability, the validity of his game files and / or remove anything that make alter crash physics to possibly cause what happened in this replay.
