Hello,

I've taken a look at the replay, This user is not new to TC although only has 60ish hours, here is what I saw:

2:50 - Pulls out into traffic on main st.

6:50 - Pulls out of the garage/bus station, spins car causes traffic jam.

7:20 - Pulls out into middle of Chase, Blocks COP from passing, very deliberately which ultimately ends in a crash.

As such, Because they have been warned recently for similar actions I will be giving them a 3 day ban.
