Removal of the updated speedtrap

There have been many cases of polls far more unanimous than this one. One of which is the introduction of Corby to the track rotation schedule, which was then implemented - and now people seem to regret it. I'm not saying that's what would happen here, but in some cases a majority of people don't always know what may or may not be best for the server. This is why [TC] don't automatically implement suggestions based on poll results.

I can see both sides of the argument for this suggestion. I am also conscious of the fact we had the existing speedtrap system for many years without many complaints.
