Administration problem

Hi, I apologize if this is an improper place to start this discussion, I couldn't find a better place.

Yesterday, I received a confirm-able warning pop-up regarding a claim of driving wrong way on the autobahn. The admin who made this warning prompt didn't speak to me at all or attempt to raise my awareness to such a problem by using a softer method, instead they decided to silently place a warning on me that is now on my record. They also did not define when the offense occurred.

I find this was unprofessional and should have been handled differently. I am a long-time player and I am aware of the rules. This isn't to say I don't make a mistake now and then, however, I am easily corrected by some simple communication.

In addition, I see ban lengths recently are longer than I would find reasonable, for what I would judge as minor issues that could be talked out, or are first, or rare offenses. The admins don't seem to want to put effort into trying to communicate a problem away before they're pressing the ban button.

I send this with sincerity in hopes TC Admin leadership takes note and pays more attention to these items and how their admins are choosing to handle incidents.
