Yes, I don't think the warning is justified if the admin didn't engage in a dialog. BUT, I consider it a waste of time to have an experienced player commit a rule violation and then talk about it.
But to be honest, you need to be aware of what you did (if you do) wrong in the game before the warning comes to your screen.

 


