This current version of speedtrap is quite mild compared to what it used to be. Back then you would lose a lot more money from speeding too. Cops and robbers aspect of the server survived back then and there was plenty of chases so I'm pretty sure it's going to be fine now too.

When I'm on the server it feels there's atleast one chase going on constantly so i don't know where your "no one is chasing anyone" comes from tbh.
