My comments on your timestamps:
9.54 - This was a really poor manouver

10.01 - Misjudged and poorly timed PIT, didn't effect gameplay much.

12.14 - Didn't effect gameplay

12.33 - No PIT against a wall occured here, just you braking as soon as he attempts a manouver.

15.15 - Nothing too wrong here, just him trying to keep still to bust you. No damage caused.

15.34 - Good tactical block manouver to end the chase, inital contact causes no
damage.
