Watched replay from both perspectives.

You both allowed the collision to happen. You both looked for an issue, and unsurprisingly, you both found it.

You accelerated through a gap which was clearly slowly closing. You could have taken very basic corrective measures to avoid a collision.

I suspect he was slowly trying to block your overtake (his steering was not very sudden or erratic), and you took the bait completely.

The fine will be reversed. Senna will receive a note for unprofessional copping. You will also receive a note to use restraint and not willingly allow collisions to happen.
