starting at 13:15 - samet didn't seem to like my use of horn, ended up brake checking me whilst slowing down even further, then pulled onto the pavement, waited for me to get infront, pulled me over and fined for tailgating? i wasnt really tailgating at all, and its quite unfair considering he did brake check me causing a collision
