Hello, I got grounded near August-September 2023, since then I did not had access to my PC or my Phone. Recently i tried joining any servers but my Game password was stolen, luckily my WEB wasnt. When i Joined TC, says Host refused connection... i check my profile at https://world.city-driving.co.uk/?page=myprofile
with password etc, (which i have access to) and it says account disabled. Looks like the hacker or whatever he is, got me COP License, got rank 7 cop etc, something i could never do since i tried many times getting cop before ground. I can show some proofs I'm the real owner, I also got banned in discord server, (maybe because ban from LFS server applies to discord too idk) (teknoguy is my only discord account).

Please let me know if there's a "recovery" option, like hard reset or something like it, because i dont deserve cop license, i didnt have -3600 cash, so i would like a "reset" and unban.
please let me know if this is possible, since i was grounded like 1.5 years i didnt know nothing about this.

Edit: forgot to mention that the hacker changed the country to Turkey, which i live in Israel, not turkey
