I want to sincerely apologize for actions you described in the report. Each time something happened, I did honestly apologize. Calling you "cringe" was unnecessary and wrong, im sorry for that.

After the second crash you saved the replay and left the game without attempting to contact me. I completely understand how frustrating participating in that crash (with me again) must have been, and I assure you that if you had stayed in-game a little longer, you would have heard my sincere apologies right away.

I assure you that I am committed to changing my behavior moving forward and being more mindful of others. I appreciate your understanding.
