Threaded Mode | Linear Mode

Heyya guys,

So, I'm planning on buying a new hard drive, I'm a little unimpressed at this western digital drive lasting only a year before copping out on me, it was the lower use drive of the two aswell since it was the secondary hard drive. On the other hand my high-usage Maxtor drive that has been functioning perfectly well since it shipped with my computer in 2006 has never failed me once and still works like brand new.

I'm not one for brand loyalty, and i'm willing to bet that the reliability of the latest Maxtor brand harddrives most likely won't be as good as my current one..

So what I'm looking for is a hard drive I can rely on to continue working for a long period of time, also about a terrabyte, possibly 2 Tongue

If anyone knows a solid 1/2 TB hard drive that has lasted them at least 2 years or more, let me know Smile
