I searched around, I doubt he will find them. The creator of those skins was part of dub-team.. They released there skins on a forum; forum.dubteam.co.cc And the domain name is no longer registered.

Unless the original server the forum is hosted on is still up, the links to those skins are most likely lost since the team is how you say.. not around.. Even if the forum is still up without the domain name, there's no way to know where it was hosted on or it's IP..

Judging by the top, it was around in May 06 2012 so it looks like we've litterally just missed it going down but the latest comments are further back in March
