00:47:00 lacks driving skills, certainly when copping

00:59:20 lack of driving skills, most likely in chase but he didn't use strobe if he was, and some speeding if he wasn't in chase.

00:56:30 MR.Player rams suspect.
00:53:40 speeds 20kmh and crashes into barrier while not in chase or chasing same player 2 times in a row.
