Ramming without saying sorry. Maybe a newbie what is not knowing the rules.

I wouldnt count that as ramming as such, however that is being stupid and causing an accident, which he should have said sorry for.

He is in the server now, as he is a new player with less than 3 hours gaming time, i will only for now be issuing a stern warning.
