I join the chase at 52:00.00
He seems to be a bit much attached to the chase at 59:00.00
From 1:00:00.00 (1 hour in) he begin the interfering, especially at the roundabout.

This is what i saw during the chase, so he may have done it at other times than just those.

It's basically a guy following and interfering a chase i was attending.

Nothing major, but i thought it was worth mentioning.
