I think it works off the basis that the events server is still a TC server so theoretically I should be permed from it too, maybe?
Can't really remember much about the events from my time at TC, been too long.

Thinking about it more logically, if the prize is insim money, and the entrance fee is payable only by insim money, then I am not actually able to enter the event (nor gain anything from it) anyway, so regardless to the perm, I cannot enter anyway (Unless I am presuming wrongly on the entrance fee and prizes). Ah well, looked like a fun layout.
