We're taught everything about trucks, how they work, what do we do when something goes wrong to save the situation, every little thing that nobody would ever even teach on a driving school. And to add, we drive the trucks there about 2 years, 1 and a half year to practice the handling, reversing in corners and with different size and type of trucks, and half a year~ to practice driving around the city, with real traffic everywhere. And with the city, I mean the center of the Finland's Capital, Helsinki.
We spend 3 years to prepare to the real deal, including 3 months overall on board practicing with real truck drivers.
So yes, if we graduate, we can call ourselves professional drivers.

Sure we will still learn about stuff as we go to work, but doesn't mean we know nothing.
