let's look at this situation from the other side.
Tommer is fast guy. Really fast, one of the fastest in fz5 (imho) @ [TC] servers.
After many km's chase cops (usually slower than Tommer/other fast suspect) just grab every chance to catch suspect.
This was a hard, but still clear, PIT.
