at 2:27 sean leaves park & ride few metres in front of my chase... he must have seen + heard sirens.
he didn't move for first cop (TreWoR [COP]), gets pitted and waits in the middle of the road.
and instead of going other direction than the chase now, he follows.
at 2:27:48 you can see him accelerating to our suspect, who was flipped at that time.
right after that he tries again in reverse... directly onto the suspect... he also cuts off my way.
that's interfering a chase and helping the suspect.
well it's still not all sean can do in 3 minutes... he continues wrongside on highway, causing an accident with Matt.
he gets kicked right infront of my car... but instead of moving to one side, he parks in the middle of the highway...........................

so...
1. following a chase
2. helping the suspect
3. failing to move for police
4. causing accident by wrongsiding on highway

all that in just 3 minutes... nothing more to say

in my opinion this is no more warning... sean doesn't seem to learn
