Two possible improvements

Number one - !laser
Would be nice if other cops could see the laser as well.

Number two - !backup
Here's a bug I found:
Imagine you call for backup, and shortly after you bust your suspect. The !backup timer will still be counting down to 0. So until then, nobody else is able to call for backup.
It can be annoying, as the top bar doesn't indicate someone called for backup, yet the !backup spot is already taken.
