Optical drive -> SSD [Solved]

I'll keep it short and sweet this time.

I've got my SSD, and was just thinking, because I dont use my optical drive, remove it and get a kit to fit the SSD in there, and run the new SSD with the HD.

So, just wondering if anyone has experience doing this with any laptop, and i'm particularly interested in whether or not there would be heat/cooling issues as there wouldn't be an air vent anywhere half close to it. Or power issues, battery life isnt a problem, but just getting enough power to run.
