Yeah Insurance in the UK is bad. Funny thing is, Ive got my filter/alloys ect insured but if the car is damaged they will still replace with original parts... unless I pay even more to have modifications cover(but thats only up to £500 worth, the alloys were more than that...) Grr. Rant over

That's why the J1 is different, its enclosed once the bonnet is down, making it a large filter in a larger air box with a direct feed to the air, I helped Test it out. Good bit of kit for the little engine in the Fez.

On dyno runs most cars do them with the bonnet up, to keep ccool air flowing ect. When we tested with bonnet up it gained about 2bhp less than with bonnet down.
