My thoughts:

* Take away the Bluray-reader unless you have Bluray DVD's that you watch on your computer.
* I'd say you go for a cheaper i5 proccesor unless you are rendering or doing other stuff that is procceesor-heavy. You could use the money you save there on a more expensive videocard.
* If I where you I'd look for a newer graphicscard, 560 is getting old. Nvidia has launched their new 600'series and ATI has launced some cards aswell.

Here are some graphs showing how some of the graphicards that are out on the market performs. First graph shows a test on some of the older graphiccards and the second one shows a test the newer ones.
