I'd rather have a computer which I don't have to upgrade myself in 2 years, so I won't have to worry about buying parts later on.
Even though it's easy, you'll still need to get RAM compatible with your motherboard, which will probably be older by the time you'd be upgrading it. Also, he said he didn't want to build it himself. Guessing this includes installing parts later on.

Depends on what Dowpy wants. If you have enough money, get the max you can get.
